Measuring the Trust performance

The Trust has more than 70 quality measures set nationally, regionally and locally against which we are required to maintain ongoing measurement and regularly reporting.

The Trust publishes a Quality Account annually which provides comprehensive information across all three domains of quality: patient experience, effectiveness and safety.

We have set out in the scorecard below a set of the key service quality measures that are nationally recognised and will allow comparisons with other mental health service providers to be made.

Full details on the definition and rationale for these targets is available here.
