Our Trust is wholly focused on continuing to improve the quality of our services and there are a number of ways in which changes needed are identified and agreed.
One approach is via the fortnightly meeting of the quality huddle in the reception of Jenner House. Here clinical directors and managing directors meet with executive directors and heads of delivery services to identify what is working well, what could be better and what can be done to fix anything that is getting in the way of improvement.
The Huddle reviews the performance of our Trust via our seven quality domains which form the basis of our IQ (Information for Quality) system and which are the Friends and Family Test, CQC Compliance, Records Management, Contract/Monitor compliance, supervision, appraisal and sickness absence..
It identifies improvements in real time and these are then reviewed at the following huddle to ensure that agreed actions have been implemented.
The latest slides used at the huddle can be accessed from the link to the right.
