Everyone Included

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) is a teaching, learning and research trust.

Why is research important?

Research can go on to help millions of people, not just in the UK, but all over the world. It helps us to understand what treatment works well and what doesn't. Research can help improve care for everyone.

We are committed to making sure people who use our services have every opportunity to be told about research.

What is 'Everyone Included'?

'Everyone Included' is a way of making sure that everyone who uses our mental health services has the choice about whether they want to receive information about research.

If you are interested, we will sometimes post you information about research that you may like to get involved with. It does not mean that you will have to take part. It will always be up to you whether to find out more.

Over the next few months we will write to everyone who uses our services explaining how you can get involved and how to let us know if you are not interested.

What if I don't want to receive information about research opportunities by post?
