We are embarking on an ambitious five-year plan which will help make our vision for improved mental health care a reality, and we want your help.
We have always been committed to providing safe and effective care and a continuously improving experience for our service users and their families. As we look to the future, we have to find innovative ways to deliver those services and make sure they are high quality, cost effective and respond to the changing needs of the communities we serve.
Over recent months, we've been putting together our strategic plans to make sure that we're ready for what the future holds, working with our staff and our partners to promote positive mental health and resilience.
As an organisation, our purpose is 'Working together, living our best lives'. Our strategic plans describe the actions we will take to meet future challenges and embrace opportunities to support recovery and wellbeing. We want our plans to reflect a shared ambition with our partners for positive mental health and commitment to living well. That is why we want your feedback.
You can read what our Chair and Chief Executive say in a letter they have written about our strategy, and why they'd like your support, here.
We have also created a short and fun animation which tells you about our hopes and plans in a very colourful way! Watch that via this link.
There is also a brief presentation that gives you the key points of our plans. You can view that here. There's also a longer version available here.
15 January 2018: Our survey is now closed but thank you for your feedback. We will report on our next steps soon.
