Christmas can be stressful and can heighten loneliness, financial and relationship problems - including domestic abuse. Here are ten tips to help you take care of your mental health during the festive season as well as how to report domestic abuse this Christmas.

IAPT (improving access to psychological therapies) services provide group courses, guided self-help and one-to-one sessions for a wide range of everyday issues including stress, anxiety and depression. You don't need a referral - simply book direct with your local service:
