Where our money comes from

The Trust has achieved its control total for the sixth consecutive year. The control total is the surplus that the Trust is required to deliver for the year and which is set out in the Trust's operating plan at the beginning of the year.

The Trust has further strengthened its liquidity position at the end of the financial year by achieving such actions as a managed capital programme and land and buildings disposal plan through the year.
