Service users, carers and families

Successful modern mental health services cannot be delivered in isolation.

Partnership working is fundamental to providing effective, integrated care. We work closely with service users and carers, other health providers, local authorities and the voluntary sector, drawing on their expertise and experience to understand what people need and to respond through service improvement

The views of service users, carers and families and other organisations contribute to helping us make our services more responsive and effective.

Various reports are made available regarding feedback and interaction with service users, carers and families. They will be found here.

The following pages provide information on how we work with and support service users, cares and families.
