AWP is asking for the views of people who support and care for service users.
They are invited to give their comments in a new survey as part of the Trust's ongoing work to listen to the views of carers.
The survey will be open from 2-16 July and is aimed at people who care for AWP service users. Staff are also making the survey available in clinics.
Areas covered include whether carers feel their views are taken into account in planning care and how well information is shared.
The Trust conducted two carer satisfaction surveys last year. Since then there has been a drive to make the information pack for relatives and friends up to date with more individual leaflets appropriate for different caring situations. The pack is available by clicking here.
