The Trust Board will meet in the Quaker Meeting Room, 51 Wilton
Road, Salisbury, SP2 7EP on 28 November 2014.
The public, Press and interested parties are invited to attend the
first part of the meeting and enjoy lunch with members of the
The public meeting will begin at 10am and close at 1pm.
During the open session of the meeting, the Board will be
discussing items including:
Clinical Executive, Nursing & Quality
the Acting Director of Nursing will give an update on how
the directorate is performing and its success in achieving its
objectives for the year
Quality Improvement Plan
the Director of Operations presents to the Board the first
exception report relating to the Quality Improvement Plan
which has been produced in response to the Care Quality Commission
review of the Trust
• Trust-wide Risk Register
the risk register lets our Board members know what our
biggest risks are at the moment and is reviewed monthly.
• Quality and Performance Report
the Quality and Performance report shows how we are
performing at the moment against the targets set by our regulators
and by the Trust itself
• Finance Report
the Director of Resources provides a report each month to
our Board to let them know how we are managing our money during the
• Report on Staff Friends & Family
the report tells our Board the results of our staff friends
and family test for the second quarter of the year and the themes
• Fit & Proper Persons Test
the report advises our Board members of the need to
accommodate the introduction of the Fit & Proper Persons
test to comply with new Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
Under the test, directors of NHS providers must meet a fit and
proper person standard.
