Wellies for wellbeing

Date: 21 October 2016 at 2:00PM - 4:00PM

Location: Blaise Castle Estate,Bristol

A walk for wellbeing to celebrate Healthy City Week

Get your wellies on and join Bristol Mental Health (BMH) on a walk through Blaise Castle Estate's glorious green spaces for Healthy City Week.

Breathe in the fresh air and marvel at the scenery as we explore the link between nature and wellbeing and share tips for positive mental health.

En route you can try your hand at seed bombing and don't forget to bring some money to enjoy some well-earned refreshments at the café. There'll be a competition for the jazziest pair of wellies too!

The walk will be led by mental health professionals working within BMH, a system that aims to deliver the best possible mental health support to the city's diverse communities.

There are two car parks at Blaise Castle for those travelling by car. If you are travelling by public transport you can get bus numbers 1, 3, 4 and 76 from the city centre.
