The fundraising event takes place outside Sainsbury's in The
Maltings, Salisbury, from 10am to 4pm.
Dave Wills, Community Psychiatric Nurse at Fountain Way, who is

"We wanted to do something for our older adult inpatients and
decided that we would raise funds to improve the garden facilities
at Amblescroft South ward. The plan is to have raised flower beds
which are accessible to our patients so that they can get involved
in gardening, and the idea is to make it a sensory garden too so if
patients are not able to get involved, they can hopefully benefit
from the colours and scents from the flowers and plants."
"We aim to raise £300 so we can buy two raised beds and some
planting equipment. Anything over that figure will be a bonus!
"We are very grateful to Sainsbury's who have kindly allowed us
to fundraise on their site, and to LA Fitness who have loaned us
the exercise bikes."
