Friends and Family Test for all!

In National Equality, Diversity and Human Rights week, we are pleased to introduce a set of 'accessible' versions of the Friends and Family Test.

The Friends and Family Test is a survey all service users are encouraged to complete, to tell us what they think of the services we provide.

More service users than ever before are taking part in the survey. All those using ward or community services will find it easier to tell us what they think about their care, now these new accessible versions are available.

The British Sign Language (BSL) video for deaf and hearing impaired service users and the new accessible easy read versions are available on the Trust website.

If you want an easy read paper version of the survey, or need support to take part, please ask a member of staff.

Sally Wood, Patient Experience Manager, said: "We hope that these new versions will encourage and help more people to give their feedback on the services we offer".
