The inspectors are calling

CQC inspectors

The CQC (Care Quality Commission) is coming to inspect our services and they'd like to hear what you think about the care or treatment you've received.

The inspection will start on Monday 16 May 2016 and last for 2 weeks. The first week will focus on community teams and the second on inpatient units.

You can tell the CQC about your experiences of our services in several ways.

You can:

  • fill in a comment card and post it in one of the secure post boxes available across the Trust
  • give feedback using an online feedback form or by  telephoning  0300 0616 161

Your feedback will be treated confidentially. The inspector will not respond individually to your feedback but may contact you for more information if you give contact details.

If you would like to talk to an inspector privately and in confidence during their visit, please tell a member of staff or contact the CQC on the number above.

Once the inspection has been completed, the CQC will publish their findings in a report on their website.

The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England and are there to register, monitor and inspect all health and care services.
