Together we can be caring
Caring is a vital part of the services we deliver and one
of our Trust's key values.
We treat our service users with compassion,
respect and dignity. Care is tailored to individual needs, with
service users' views and wishes built into their care plans which
reflect their needs and goals.
But it's not just us who say this. In their 2014
visit the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found our staff to be
caring and compassionate.
All this is achieved because our front line
staff are passionate about people and the person recovering from an
illness. They make a special effort to get to know the people in
their care, supporting them and their carers.
The care shown by our staff makes a big
difference to our service users and their carers.
