A new term begins at the Recovery College

writingIt's the start of a new term at Second Step's Recovery College and course enrolment is now open!

The College has a variety of free wellbeing courses on offer to people accessing Bristol Mental Health's Assessment and Recovery Service, Crisis Service and Early Intervention Service as well as carers who support people using these services. From 'confidence building', to 'food and mood', to 'ways to wellbeing', each course is a safe space where learners can explore ways to improve their mental health.

"The atmosphere is warm and engaging and it's a good place to build confidence & build on a person's strength," comments one learner.

Courses are free, developed by people who have experience of living with mental health problems and are delivered by skilled tutors.

"We're excited about the new term where we'll be meeting new faces, sharing knowledge and making wellbeing work," say the Recovery College Team.

Details about courses and how to enrol can be found here.
