Psychosis, stigma and how to help

psychosis podcast2_250The next in our series of podcasts on psychosis has been released.

The podcasts contains the thoughts of two service users from the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team and a carer of someone who has had psychosis.

In the first of the two new podcasts, the group discusses psychosis and stigma and the many forms this can take within society.

In the second podcast the group discusses what helped them recover and how they would help someone with the condition.

These are the third and fourth podcasts released by the group which follow their discussions on the early warning signs of psychosis.

The podcasts form part of our popular Don't Ignore Your Mental Health campaign and our Summer Focus on Psychosis.

You can visit our Don't Ignore Your Mental Health web page for more ideas about how to look after your mental health and see more great videos in our Don't Ignore Your Mental Health Youtube playlist.
