New dementia survey: Can you help?

Dementia drug trialHave you recently been diagnosed with dementia or are you an unpaid carer for someone with a recent diagnosis? If so, the Government needs your help.

The Department of Health has launched the Dementia: care, support and awareness survey to gather information from dementia patients and their carers to help with vital research and support.

The survey is aimed at any person in England who has received a diagnosis of dementia in the last two years (between November 2014 and November 2016) any person in England who currently provides unpaidcare or support to a family member, friend or neighbour who has been diagnosed with dementia in the last two years (between November 2014 and November 2016).
