Listening into Action: launching our pioneer teams

LiA launchOur first ten teams of staff have begun their LiA journey to bring about positive change..

The various teams from across the Trust came together at the LiA launch event recently, to talk about their chosen areas of improvement and showcase the changes they know will make a real difference to them and their service users (and to enjoy the fabulous homemade LiA cupcakes). The event was fuelled with positivity and energy and was hosted by Chief Executive Hayley Richards and the LiA Sponsor Group. For the next 20 weeks the teams will each be working on their chosen focus for change. We will keep you updated on their progress.

Plus, more and more teams are coming forward with ideas for improvements they want to make. These teams will form the second wave of staff embarking on their LiA journey.

We are looking for 100 champions to promote and support LiA across the Trust and are encouraging as many staff as possible to be involved. LiA is about shaking things up and doing them differently to make improvements. Watch this space for further updates.
