The 24/7 Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire helpline is staffed by experienced counsellors who are there for you to talk to and will offer immediate emotional support and connect you to organisations available in the local area who can support you further.

The helpline number is 0800 0126 549 and is now the first port of call for immediate emotional and practical support to those aged 18 and over who are living within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The counsellors can provide one off support for people experiencing difficulties with their mood or emotions and who require immediate support when their situation is not life threatening. The helpline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You should still call 999 or go to A&E if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance.

If you are 17 or under, please call our Children and Young People's helpline on 0300 303 1320.
