Think Ahead to a career in mental health

We are partnering with Think Ahead for their 2021 intake to provide careers into mental health work for those in Wiltshire. The Think Ahead programme is a new route into social work, for graduates and career-changers remarkable enough to make a real difference to people with mental health problems. The opportunity is available to those in Chippenham and Devizes.

The paid, two-year graduate programme combines on-the-job learning, a master's degree, and leadership training to enable talented people to make an impact right away and throughout their careers.
