In an emergency call 999 or 111 when you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency.
- Stay on the phone
- Give as much information as possible, including any medicines or drugs someone may have taken.
- Stay with the person
- Keep any medicines to show the ambulance crew when they arrive so they can treat most effectively.
- The Police will not attend if you are calling for an Ambulance.
