AWP has two organisations that offer primary care psychology/IAPT services:
LIFT Psychology
LIFT psychology offers a variety of services to people living in Swindon, Wiltshire, Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are experiencing anxiety/depression or looking to improve their wellbeing. We offer a range of interventions including psycho-educational courses, self-help materials, online computer packages and individual sessions. We also offer psychological services to those who have a long-term health condition. We have a worker in every GP service across the region who can offer brief interventions and explain the service in more detail. We accept both GP referrals and self help referrals. Positive Step
Positive Step offers support through GP surgeries to people with common mental health difficulties living in North Somerset including advice about self-help, consultations with mental health specialists and access to a wide range of courses and services.
