'Don't Ignore Your Mental Health' is a campaign aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and the stigma surrounding mental health.
One in four people will experience mental health difficulties in their life time. If you are not one of these people you are likely to know someone who is.
This campaign aims to reach out to everyone in our communities who perhaps haven't had cause to think about mental health, think they don't know anything about mental health and think mental health is not relevant to them.
The campaign has focused on the following five topics to promote awareness surrounding mental health issues.
- Low Self Esteem
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Dementia

If you have an event you would like us to bring the campaign to or would like further information about the campaign please contact the Communications Team at communications@awp.nhs.uk
