An annual staff awards scheme is run at AWP, celebrating
the dedication of our staff and volunteers.
The Staff Awards 2013 have seven categories: three are open to
individuals only and four are open to both individuals and teams.
Hundreds of nominations are made each year.

These come from colleagues, service users, carers and other
stakeholders who wanted to highlight some of the great work of
AWP staff and volunteers, and their outstanding contribution to
the quality of the support we provide our patients, service users
and carers.
To ensure an objective and balanced process, the judging panel
includes representatives from each of our localities, from
specialist drug and alcohol services and from specialised and
secure services, and from the Joint Union Council as well as
external judges.
Nominations are now open for the 2013 awards, and close on
Sunday 30th June 2013.
