This is a 6-week online course aimed at people experiencing problems with specific phobias, focusing on overcoming the fear of specific objects, places etc., to improve wellbeing and reduce distress.

This course is also available for those experiencing Agoraphobia, where avoidance of situations due to heightened fear and panic is the main presenting problem.
