AWP named in Top 50 Inclusive Employers in UK

The Trust responsible for mental health, learning disabilities, and autism services across the south west has been named in the 2025/26 Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List for an 8^th year running.

AWP is ranked 26^th and is one of only three NHS Trusts featured on the list (Inclusive Top 50 | Inclusive Companies). The list includes organisations who show strong evidence of their commitment to inclusive workplace cultures.

Mayur Bhatt, AWP’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead said: “We feature on the list because of the work we are continuously doing to strengthen inclusion in AWP. For me, inclusion and a sense of belonging really unlocks the true strength of our diversity, and so there is always continuous improvement to make but we are delighted to have our commitment recognised for an 8^th consecutive year.”
