June 21st is National Healthcare Estates & Facilities Day and here at AWP we want to take the opportunity to celebrate and thank all of you who work across our Estates and Facilities teams.
Our Estates and Facilities teams work incredibly hard to provide services that are vital to the safe and efficient delivery of services to our patients and staff.
From the housekeeping teams who ensure that our hospitals and community facilities are clean and safe; our catering teams who deliver healthy, nutritious meals to our patients; and our estates team that manage and maintain all our buildings - Their contributions make a significant difference to the lives of our patients and their families, and support your colleagues in delivering high quality, compassionate care.
Our Estates and Facilities teams don’t always get the attention or recognition they deserve, but we wanted you to know just how valued and appreciated they all are, and to take this opportunity to say thank you for everything you do.
