Our memory services in North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for people who are experiencing difficulties with their memory and thinking skills, which are affecting their day-to-day life.
After an assessment, the memory services team will diagnose the nature of the problem and plan the most suitable next step.
If you, or someone you care for, already have a diagnosis, our team can carry out a review if your memory change has progressed.
In addition to testing and diagnosing, we can also signpost you or your carers to community support.
If you are having problems with your memory, discuss your concerns with your GP who may decide to refer you to our service for a specialist assessment.
