Our community drug and alcohol services provide specialist treatment and psychological interventions to support service users in their recovery.  

If you, or a person you care for, have a primary drug or alcohol problem that requires substitute prescribing or detoxification treatment, our teams are here to help you. We keep hope, recovery and support central to everything we do. 

As part of our work, we provide: 

  • comprehensive assessment 

  • case management  

  • specialist prescribing  

  • access to specialist psychological interventions 

We accept: 

  • self-referrals 

  • referrals from GPs  

  • referrals from external agencies with consent  

To make a referral, select the local area based on where your GP is registered. 

Specialist Drug and Alcohol Services work in partnership with Turning Point to provide support to anyone in Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES) who is experiencing problems with drugs or alcohol.

REACH Drug and Alcohol Services offers support to anyone in Dorset who is experiencing problems with drugs or alcohol. REACH has three hubs in Christchurch, Gillingham and Weymouth. There are also satellite services across the county to provide support.
