Our rehabilitation wards offer personalised therapeutic services to support individuals with long-term mental health difficulties.

If you, or the person you care for, are referred to one of our rehabilitation wards, we aim to help you reach your goals and maximise your potential. We believe that social integration is central to building the right skills to help increase your independence, confidence and participation in daily activities and community engagement.

All our wards are listed within each location below with details of the maximum number of beds on each ward. The number of available beds can change depending on certain circumstances, for example COVID-19 restrictions.

Our wards offer care and support for adults from the age of 18 years and above. Referrals into the service come from inpatient settings and community mental health services.
