Our health and social care teams provide specialist treatment for older people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, and those with dementia.
If you, or a person you care for, are referred to the Complex Intervention and Treatment team, we will offer assessments that aim to improve the quality of life for you and your carer. We follow a ‘strengths-based approach’, which focuses on your self-determination and strength.
We provide you and your carers with flexible and creative care plans, working in partnership with the local community to ensure positive outcomes.
We work closely with:
- community services

- commissioned services and placements
We also have close links with:
- Research Institute for the Care of Older People (RICE)
