Swindon Adult Autism Diagnostic Service is a multidisciplinary team providing a diagnostic assessment for adults without a learning disability, whom want to find out if they are autistic.
What we offer:
• An Autism assessment for people registered with a GP in our area, Face to Face and/or online.
• Training and liaison support for professionals who work with autistic individuals.
• Signposting to enable people to understand their diagnosis of autism and how to use autism friendly strategies to improve their quality of life.
We do not care manage or manage risk for patients on our waiting list, but we will provide signposting to local partners who can offer crisis and mental health support.
