Becoming a Foundation Trust - early next year, we aim to become an NHS foundation trust (FT).

We believe that this will help us to achieve our goal of: enabling and empowering people to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives. As an NHS Foundation Trust we will be a membership organisation. We will use the interest, enthusiasm and knowledge of local people to help shape our future and improve our services.

One in four of us will experience a mental health problem at any one time. The chances of either having a mental health problem or experiencing someone close to us having a mental health problem is high – so mental wellbeing is everyone’s business.
