  • Simple meditation exercises to help us stay grounded in the present moment.
  • How to respond to negative thoughts and difficult emotions in a calmer, wiser and more compassionate way.
  • How to reduce chances of falling back into depression following recovery.
  • Develop awareness, stability, acceptance and self-compassion, all of which have shown to be beneficial to our long-term mental health.
