Thinking Ahead with staff across AWP
Staff from across The Trust have been discussing some of the projects and developments planned at AWP over the coming few years.
Roadshows held in 10 venues across AWP in January were the first in a series of Thinking Ahead engagement events planned for 2024.
They were an opportunity for staff to share their experiences, and discuss our recently published 5 year Trust Strategy, which outlines a commitment to being a great place to work, providing outstanding care, delivering sustainable services and working in partnership. Members of our senior team were also on hand to discuss our transformation programme which includes a range of projects to develop the services we provide and improve the way we work.
