We are delighted to announce that Paul Miller, Non-Executive Director at Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board, has been named as the new Chair of Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

The AWP Physiotherapy and Exercise Specialist Team organised a sports day for patients at the newly refurbished Larch facilities at Callington Road Hospital, with activities including cycling, running and circuits.

Local people caring for someone with a mental health condition are being invited to a support event run by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP). Hosted on Thursday 3 October, the event will support and recognise the vital role carers play in the lives of people with mental illness or learning disabilities.

Following a CQC inspection of our forensic inpatient and secure wards in January 2024, the CQC has now published a final report.
