Working remotely can mean you aren't walking or cycling to work or moving around a workplace like you normally would. It is important for your physical and mental wellbeing that you take regular breaks from wherever you're sitting at home to work and that you keep active.

  • CSP Chair Exercises – as the name suggests, you can do this series of easy, enjoyable exercises and stretches from the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) right by your work chair if you can't go out to exercise.
