To access BASS Post Diagnostic Support, you will need to provide a copy of your autism diagnostic report. Please send this via email, or post with this referral form.
As part of the post diagnostic service, we provide the services outlined below to autistic adults living in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset:
•Groups and workshops on a variety of topics related to autism.
•1:1 appointments to offer autism specific advice – BASS are unable to provide therapy
•Support to access the community and social opportunities
•Advice about other services and support available in the area
•Support for carers and partners
